This was the schedule we followed , so we can have raw shots and can edit them and come up with a solution of what more shots we need . We did this in a hurry so we will have time for corrections and any changes if required

First attempt for our Final Movie.

We had a script in mind that there will be a girl who will wake up late for her school and will get ready in a hurry in a haphazardly and a funny manner. We decided to choose a morning routine because of some reasons:

1.       We went through many opening title videos on youtube and noticed that mostly the successful movies show the morning routine in the opening , atleast the types of movies we considered.

1.      2. Our age group usually gets late in the morning , and it would seem realistic. 

3.3. It would be termed in the Genre Drama , which would help solve the Suspense and Comedy dispute that arose in our group indirectly.

 4.All of us mutually agreed on this one, without other suggesting it as a suitable idea

dThe shots were all taken but they were on a Tape and could not be edited that we decided to change the location and the characters. We then decided to make a movie about a boy who is lazy and is a looser at everything he does. The location would now change as now we needed a boys room.

Personalizing my Blog

Today i decided to personalize my blog.
A friend of mine , has a very good collection of Camera's , i made him hold it and i took the picture in such a way that it would come on the side of the blog text and the text would seem like it is coming from it.
When i uploaded the picture it didn't turn out the way i expected it to be.

Other possible pictures i had considered as a background were;

After i was done with  the background, i used Abobe Photoshop Cs2 to make a heading for my blog. I decided to use the Photoshop to put in the text in it , instead of typing the  text through the blog.

Background for the Heading

I came up the the Background above by experimenting with the shade of Blue and pink as the background of my blog background picture was blue so i decided to use the same blue mixing with the shade of pink to give a soft look.

Then i added text inserting a new layer , i changed the glow and shadow and texture of the font and it gave a satisfactory look.

When i resized it according to the blog requirement, it looked a bit different then my expectations.

Institution for our final

The Institution we have chosen for our opening title is the Fox Entertainment group. It is an American Entertainment company that owns film studios, and terrestrial, cable and direct broadcast satellite television companies. It is a subsidiary of news corporation owned by the Rupert Murdoch. It is named after William Fox who originally created Fox film corporation.
20th century fox is one of the 6 leading American film studios.The company was founded on May 31, 1935, as the result of the merger of Fox Film Corporation, founded by William Fox in 1915, and Twentieth Century Pictures, founded in 1933 by Darryl F. Zanuck, Joseph Schenck,Raymond Griffith and William Goetz.

Treatment

A man walks in – KIDNAPPER

(sounds of some rattling of wood, then see a girl trying to set her self free from the chair she is tied to)

Kidnapper- Young lady , its shooting time, haha, your dad must be missing you right?

The kidnapper, opens her mouth which was tied by a white cloth. As soon as the cloth is removed the girl starts screaming

Girl- You rascal, leave me, let me go. You will have to pay for this. You should be ashamed of calling yourself a human , My dad wont leave you. You are the most hideous creature....

The man Slaps her so hard that her chair fells down and she starts crying real hard. The girl fells down along with the chair, her hair all over her  face and her head now bleeding. The man opens her legs which are tied with the chair legs. The girls cries loudly and the man inserts the white cloth in her mouth again telling her  that she looks better this way. He then holds her by her hair and pulls her up sliding her across the room, her hands still tied . She kicks to get free and the man continues to forcefully take her into the dark.

Next shot we see smoky lights everywhere. The girl is sitting on another chair in a different room. There are two men in front of her chanting with each other as the girl slowely opens her eye.

Man1 – We need to get something at which her dad really gets provoked and pays

Man2- I don’t understand her dad, he knows the condition of his daughter and all he cares about is his own position and money , what amazes me is that ...

Girl- Where am I ? MOM , DAD, (cries) Moomm I need you , where are you , LET ME GO !

Man1- Hey baby , its shooting time

Man2  sets the tripod facing her and starts the shooting pointing his friend to get a side.

Girl starts to get hyper screaming ‘ Dad Dad please please, give them what they want please dad...”

The man comes and puts the knife across her neck and uses a transformed voice to say

Man1- She does not have much time

( we see this all from a camera screen where we cannot see the mans face and as soon as this sentence is completed the video is closed)

The shooting for this video continued a week long. I brought my lab coat  to school for a week, Arika borrowed the other one from a student. Since we could not get another one , our actor Afia Lateef was seen without a lab coat which broke the convention. We took permission from the lab incharge which we were granted. We decided the camera locations meanwhile the actors were also trained for what they have to do.I took my postition with the tripod on the table and Arika was investigating all of the process. We took high angle shots and then shots from different locations. To show how the beaker broke, we used a new beaker to show that it was a beaker with a acid which we deliberately chose to be blue to it is visible. We dropped the same blue liquid in a plastic bottle which was easy to trick the eye as it fell down real fast. We placed the broken beaker on the floor with the acid spilled to give the impression that it broke. During editing we added the sound of the glass breaking.
Sir Nadeem gave us permission to use his office for shooting but it was usually occupied. Shanze khan who was acting as a principal for us , was hardly available at the times we were free. We did the shooting of Shanzas dialogues separetly and those of Fatmahs seperately. Even the women who enters the room during the office scene was Arika as Fatmah was in her class that time.
This the newly edited video. I convinced my group members to edit it further and this is a way better video in my view. The sound is clearer, the colour diffrence in Fatimah's shots is impoved now. Though i notice the jumps and uncontinuety in it, and some unnecessary voices. I believe they can be ignored at the moment as we have our final video to work on and we learned from our mistakes  in the preliminary video.

The best part of this is the acting , and the continuation of Fatmah crying at the end. I hope You enjoy it

The treatment of the final decided movie.

estabilishing shot of the school. than the long shot of corridor. the alien teacher is a psychic who get visions. and has a bit of a vision problem himself. when he goes inside his classroom, he keeps slamming ointo the wall until someone guides him. in class we see celine deone outside window singing my hear will go on and the teacher taking attendance. when comming across celine deone he says three times she is no more

Harry confused but shrugges off and starts looking at ugly betty who tries to take out a stuck food from her teeth

later when celine walks out of the room an all time serial killer (dressed in black hood and holding a dager) kidnaps celine deone
next day the news comes that celine deone was found dead in schol parking lot. harrry even more confused

same episode with ugly betty when she is present in the class. hearing that she starts crying loudly that she is a wall flower and no one notices her. on that harry even more suspicious

a scene when harry sits next to (any character) during lunch hour
harry:: there is something wrong:
mummy:(silent) looks at harry
harry: believe me. the teacher acted strange. dont you think?
mummy shrugs
harry: i can smell it. how did celne vanished after he said she is no more? ut means he has a vision just like (a character in harry potter i dont remember. ill fill in later).
while harry is thinking, the mummy drops his lunch starts chassing a girl.

he looks i his magiv ball and finds serial killer doing something stupid. and than looking at betty's picture. harry immediately rushes to help

betty tied up when harry dramatically enters the room.
harry: stop before i do somethig you will regret!. killer stops
betty suddenly starts laughing hysterically. harry and killer look at her strangely.
betty: i just got a joke cousin it told me yesterday. anyway ..oh harry! thankgod you saved me! kill him. he caught me while i was taking a bath.
harry making a face: did you? shit i am so sorry.\
serial killer (shudders) yeah. so am i! (betty offended. ) kill him will you. he also called you a confused man who cannot becide between cho and ginny,
harry now offended: oh now you are so dead
serial killer oh no (white light of magic from the wand than the name of the movie.
